DLARC Preserves Meaningful Record of Ham Radio Evolution

Earlier this month, the Digital Library of Amateur Radio & Communications (DLARC) made publicly available over 300 episodes of Ham Radio & More, a radio show about amateur radio broadcast from 1991 through 1997. By preserving this historic collection (the first radio show devoted to ham radio on the commercial radio band), the ham radio community's invaluable insights and discussions remain accessible to present and future enthusiasts.

Punk's Not Dead
If you're interested in the punk movement of the 90s, you might want to check out the Vintage Detroit Punk Rock Flyers. The collection of flyers from various shows and artists in the Metro Detroit area showcases the outspoken and creative work of that time. You made Duo sad 😢

It's been 30 days…
 ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

...but then he kept learning Russian without you.

30 days later, Duo has learned as much as half a semester's worth of university-level Russian class*. He also started making his own sourdough, but that's probably unrelated.

There's still time to catch up! Take a 5 minute lesson now.

*Recent studies demonstrated that after 120 hours of using the app, Duolingo learners' scores on reading and listening tests match university students who completed four semesters, or roughly 240 hours, of language study.
